Cancellation Policy 

We strive to provide the best service to our valued customers while maintaining fairness and efficiency in managing cancellations. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation of Sessions:To cancel a session without any penalty, a minimum of 48 hours' notice must be provided before the scheduled session time. In the event that the cancellation is made within the 48-hour window, the session will be considered as conducted, and no rescheduling or refund will be granted.
2. Subscription Payment Refunds:Once a payment for a subscription has been processed, it is non-refundable, except in cases where a customer provides a minimum of one week's notice before the payment is processed. If the one-week notice is not provided, the payment for the subscription is non-refundable.
3. Make-Up Sessions:All customers have a period of 8 weeks from the payment date to make up missed sessions within their subscription. Customers may make up missed sessions by attending two sessions in a single week or by rescheduling the session to another available day (e.g., Monday to Thursday). Please note that make-up sessions are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the exact day or time previously scheduled.
4. Exceptions for Severe Injuries/Illness: Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be granted in the case of severe injuries or illnesses that prevent the customer from attending the scheduled sessions. Customers requesting exceptions must provide appropriate documentation (e.g., medical certificate) for review and consideration.
5. Holding Day/Time During Breaks:We regret to inform you that we are unable to hold a specific day or time slot for customers during breaks or periods of non-attendance. To maintain fairness and accommodate all customers, the scheduling of sessions will be based on availability at the time of resumption.We hope this policy provides clarity and ensures a consistent experience for all our customers.
