1. Program OverviewFootball Factory's 12-Week Player Development Accelerator offers a comprehensive training experience, which includes the following:
● 12 in-person training sessions over the course of 12 weeks, focusing on Ball Mastery, Passing and Receiving, Shooting and 1v1 Duels.● Access to the Football Factory Train at Home App Program for 12 weeks, allowing participants to continue their development beyond the in-person sessions.● A session performance report will be provided on the 1st session to assess your initial skills and on the 12th session to track your progress throughout the program.● Session video analysis at the end of each month to provide valuable feedback on your performance and areas for improvement.
2. Eligibility:● Participants must meet the minimum age (6) and skill level requirements as determined by Football Factory.
3. Refund Policy:● Football Factory is confident in the effectiveness of our program. If, after completing the full 12-week program, you do not demonstrate improvement in the specified areas of Ball Mastery, Passing and Receiving, Shooting, and 1v1 Duels, you may be eligible for a refund.● Eligibility for a refund will be determined by Football Factory's coaching staff based on your commitment, progress and performance throughout the program.
4. Program Requirements:● Participants must attend all scheduled training sessions without exception. Failure to attend a session without prior notice may result in disqualification from the refund policy.● Participants must complete all app quizzes and sessions assigned by Football Factory, and submit session videos as instructed.● Participants must actively watch and provide feedback on session analysis videos.
5. Personal Responsibility:● Participants are responsible for their own progress and effort during the program.● Participants should maintain a positive attitude, respect coaches and fellow participants, and adhere to Football Factory's Code of Conduct.
6. Refund Application:● To request a refund, participants must submit a written request within 7 days of completing the 12-week program.● The request should include detailed information about your performance and the reasons for seeking a refund.
7. Refund Assessment:● Football Factory will assess your eligibility for a refund based on your performance, attendance, and adherence to the program's requirements.● Decisions made by Football Factory are final and binding.
8. Payment:The program fee is due upon registration and is non-refundable unless you qualify for a refund as outlined in these Terms.
9. Cancellation:● Football Factory reserves the right to cancel or reschedule program sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather, facility availability, or coach unavailability.
10. Confidentiality:● Participants are expected to keep all program materials and coaching methods confidential and not share them with individuals or organisations outside the program.
11. Liability:● Football Factory is not responsible for any injuries or accidents that occur during program sessions. Participants are encouraged to maintain their own insurance coverage.
12. Changes to Terms:● Football Factory reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes.
13. Governing Law:● These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to the Program shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
14. Data, Images, and Video Usage:● Football Factory reserves the right to collect, store, utilise data, images, and videos obtained during the program for coaching, analysis, promotional, or marketing purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, sharing success stories and progress updates on our website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.● Football Factory will always ensure that participants' privacy is respected, and sensitive information will not be disclosed without consent. By participating in the program, you grant Football Factory the right to use such materials within the scope of this clause.
